We have achieved most of the procedures in HIBLUP being able to run on multiple threads. Users can easily change the number of threads used for analysis by following:
./hiblup --threads 32
If --threads is not specified, HIBLUP will try to get the maximum thread number from standard OpenMP environment variable, and use all the available resource to accelerate the computational efficiency.
